What a rotten mother. First, she chooses a man who obviously doesn't want anything to do with her kids, then she lets this creep talk her into abandoning all 5 kids in the middle of nowhere! If this really is a true story, i hope they both went to prison for a really long time! How disgusting. And OMG that awful man did everythinghe could to make it worse, and even put Patty in an adult staye hospital!! That was put of spite. What a cold hearted idiot. I hope this isn't a true story, because that man should have been removed from any kind of power!

That truck off the dock looks like a dangerous stunt, that barrel did not look like it was tied to the shore, it looked like someone pushed it out the back and then had to get ready for the impact. The van went down quick as well. This looks like Bob and Doug got famous at the right time and were inserted into a project that Hollywood had been working for a while. This is way above SCTV writing and production. They could have left out the spitting in eachothers faces, the sneezing in the beer machine, and the parents doing it.

I love that such a corny movie makes a bow to Shakespeare's Hamlet AND Star Wars at the same time... any others I missed?
