Bhai Jeep le rakhi hai lekin uska mtlb bhi smjh lete ki 1st gear 21:1 ratio for crawling hota hai jaha wo pseudo rear differential locking ki tarah kam krta hai while 4WD low, issi liye usme 2-9 gear pe gadi chalti hai. 1-40 kmph thoda normal lgega because 2nd gear se start hota h but phir uske baad Safari/Harrier ka sapna ho jayega Compass ko dekhna

I'm following you since 2021 and watching you since then.. somewhere its you and your videos that made me decide to buy Tata Safari.. and of course, you helped me with my queries as well when I was confused between Safari and XUV700... My suggestion to you is, if your car really makes you feel bad due to performance issues every day then no matter what you can sell it..; otherwise you have already spent a lot of money on it, so use it for some more time and then rethink once again... BTW Safari is just not the name of a car its a more of a emotional matter, it has a special little space in every Indians heart..❤

For expensive cars like Safari/Harrier of value more than 20 lacs one need to buy Extended warranty 2 years and Gold AMC 4 years. It costs about 2.5 lacs for both but then you are covered for all expensive major repairs like brake pads, clutch plates, belts along with regular repairs. And your engine and gearbox with electrical/hydraulic parts are covered under warranty. Yes, Service is challenge with TATA motors and you have to camp at workshop to get things done. If your car is working fine then would not advise to sell as the depriciating cost of vehicle is more than repair cost and I doubt if you will get good resale value. Actually when we graduate from 10 -12 laca segment to 20-25 lacs segment we dont change mindset of total cost of ownership which is obviously high for higher segment cars. Premium brands like Mercedes BMW Audi has super high cost. So every thing comes at price. Peace of Mind -- that too has cost.

Your vlog is very genuine and all the points raised are very valid. I can understand your confusion and pain because I also have a Safari. I would suggest since you have already spent a considerable amount of money in replacing majority of wear and tear parts, the vehicle is as good as new for a few years. The ride quality, safety and comfort is unmatched. You should retain the vehicle because the amount of money that you will get in selling it will not justify its true value. This is a momentary feeling which one ought to have when out of no plan a considerable amount is consumed over such unplanned expenses but this time shall pass and so would your low feelings. First thing you need to know with respect to TATA service is your relationship with the service manager and the particular mechanic who takes care of your vehicle. In your case i think your service showroom is taking you for a royal ride.... 2nd thing is why have you taken the risk by not opting for an AMC or extended warranty. This manufacturer is definitely not a Honda or Suzuki to give you reliability

I was also fed up tata after service and their quality of parts, My rear dead excel cracked without any hit,then it started to rust. I had to pay big sum for it from my pocket, it sill have few issues but I can't spend all my time at service centre,I still own the tata tiago but I'm sure my next car won't be of Tata's for sure. Not everyone has time to live in their service centre😅.

Hi Sir, I spoke to you earlier on your breakdown video. My car is of 2.5 years and has done 33k, the serpentine belt got changed as it was slipping and making a noise above 2000 RPM. Right after that service, I noticed couple of things stated below: 1. The idle is rough, fluctuates when the AC is on ~ 400 rpms approx. Due to this the car vibrates and the vibration is felt on the steering wheel. Could please check if the same happens for you by lowering the temperature to max low and checking the rpms and the vibration. 2. Dur to the rough idle the car bogs down while shifting gears and there is a lag too. Resulting in a jerk especially from 1st to 2nd gear. Please let me know if its the same case for you. Now, the above problems are eradicated by turning the ac off and turning it back on. This somehow makes the engine idle usually and all problems are gone. Additionally, my car is parked outside prone to to weather and its elements. Recently, its has been pouring heavily during the entire day with not much pause. I noticed the mist inside the car is staying longer than usual and water absorption under the floor mats, only at the back. Have you experienced it?? I'll be eagerly waiting for your reply. Also, I'm not much tech savie, let me know how we can talk and share more, not in the public forum namaste 🙏.

I bought my safari XZA+ arnd same time as yours (mar’21).Honestly my experience has been completely opposite to what you explained. May I suggest u file a case on Tata for handing u a defective product or dealer cheating u. - No issues so far,otherthan annual service costing around 18k - No brake disc pad replaced so far - 36k running. - No other mandatory year 3 service replacements ( don’t know if the dealer scammed u ) - Bought extended warranty for 5 years ,yet to use it - Have not fitted any external accessories,except for chrome n side steps company fitted. - Super smooth Fiat diesel engine and Automatic combo,long drive mileage 14 to 17 kmpl depending on drive style, 9 to 12 city mileage depending on traffic.

Bro i m seriously telling you This car is a gem Either you start getting it serviced outside. Or always stand with the labourer servicing your car. They always tell you truth which part needs to be changed and which doesnt. And it wasnt alternator that was making sound. It was auto tensioner. Which costs 5600. They changed autotensioner and charged you for alternator. It's a common scam at all tata showroom. Did you took your faulty alternator back? I know you didnt. And they never changed it. Next scam that they will do to you is Charging water pump and will charge you 70k for that. And no water pump will be changed. Bro it got fait engine. Those engines are super powerful super efficient and dont break so easily. Just become more smarter.

Bro I have harrier. Engine belt timing change interval is 5 years or 1.5lakh km. Those guys scanmed you. Complaint directly to tata via email. Tell them about this scam. Get your money refunded. All service centre guys are scammers. Read user manual. And always get your car serviced infront of you eyes. In My 5 year ownership i never spent more than 15k on a service. And always buy break pads bahar se. Same tata pads costs less outside. Use brain and save money. If you will go in showroom like a king they will loot you accordingly. I stay with mistri all the time and labourer never try to scam and never change parts unnecessarily.

Tata is good at Built quality and designes of cars. But if you talk about engine, after sales service, reliablity, service and parts cost, average there is lots of improvement needed. As a consumer we spend huge amount on these cars to get get peace and mental satisfaction for at least 5years but of these kind of issues need to be faced then go for used cars ans save money.
