My question is what will happen if UMN lesion is in the Ipsilateral Motor cortex !!! What will happen then ?? Why are they considering lesions for UMN only on the Contralateral side ??🤔🤣🤣🤣🤣 I guess nothin will happen then, both upper and lower facial muscles will be spared !! Cany anyone pls tell ??
