Not worried about that. Its the 330i engine that they just unlock.. always respect warming up time before flooring it 😊

How did you mount the muffler? I’ve just received mine and noticed it different to oem.

In my opinion m50/52b20 have nicest sound of six cylinder engines.
They sound good buth the M20, M30 and S50 engines sound better imo

idk why but the M52 in E36 just sounds different from the M54 in E46. idk if its the chassis blocking the sound but for engines that are essentially the same, they sound different.
M54 has cats on exhaust manifold
This is an iron block M50. M52 and M54 are alu blocks and different header and exhaust designs. They also have better and more sophisticated engine management so they sound smoother and more refined.
@@emilnilson1975 right, but i meant the sound in the cabin. The POV sound, i know the intake manifold is different as well but the sound is just different in the E36's. Especially the ones with M50
@@MaggotCZ The M54 has a completely different head. Double VANOS, continuously variable. The E36 has a lot less sound deadening, a much simpler and shorter intake manifold, and a much thinner airbox. All of that combined makes the E36's engine a lot louder in the cabin.
90% of the sound difference comes from m50b25 intake manifold. if you slap it on m52/m54 it will almost sound same
Salut, j'ai une 325i et je regardais pour éventuellement acheter cette ligne car pour l'instant j'ai un intermédiaire d'origine et un silencieux Remus, mais l'intermédiaire commence sérieusement à être rouillé... J'ai deux questions : Niveau bruit, perso mon intermédiaire origine + silencieux Remus c'est pas assez, mais là pour l'instant je roule sans silencieux, juste l'intermédiaire avec cata et pare flamme, mais là c'est beaucoup trop, niveau bruit tu pense que cette ligne ce place où ? J'ai pas envie que ce soit aussi silencieux que le remus et intermédiaire origine, mais je veux pas que ce soit aussi bruyant que l'intermédiaire sans silencieux non plus... La deuxième question c'est par rapport aux fixations de silencieux, j'ai vu plusieurs avis qui disaient que ça n'allait pas et en effet ça ne ressemble pas du tout à ce qu'il y a d'origine, ça se passe comment ? Merci

its actually the closing, but he just stepped on the gas (vanos is opposite to vtec, it works in low rpms to give torque)
@@razeru_ Thats bullshit bro, it opens about 5000 rpm and you can really feel it. I dont know if you have ever riden in E36 with vanos haha.

@@CarN4tion The M50TU / M52 VANOS is simply variable valve timing, it advances intake timing by exactly 12 degrees at lower revs, and it switches back to normal cam timing at around 4200 rpm at full throttle, and a little earlier at partial throttle. So you're both right in your own way. VANOS does work completely differently to VTEC, which use two cam profiles, and switches to the aggressive one at high rpm (i-VTEC adds variable valve timing on top)... while VANOS is simply variable timing.
