Good times :)
This is still one of my favorites. Still play this in 2024
I know I have written a lot on here. But, I wish the following would happen: no more rap and hip hop (except for some good old school rap and hip hop. No phony electronic dance music, which is so fake and artificial. Just disco, classic rock and roll, rhythm and blues and funk. Then, the world would be a much better place I think.
Long live again disco and funk because they use real instruments, great best, rhythm and singing. No more phony electronic dance music and rap and hip and dubstep. ( Except for some good old school rap and hip hop). Just disco, classic rock and roll, rhythm and blues and funk.
Typo great beat
I used to put it on the jukebox all the time in the 80s.😊Another song was "And the beat goes on" by the Whispers.
Epic...
The bass lines from that era are legendary.

One of the best floor fillers ever! ❤
The reason I was talking about white and straight is because some people thought that disco music was mostly for blacks and gays. This is I think is true to a certain extent l. I think that most people going to a disco were straight. I think that the ratio of straight people to gay people with disco was 90 percent straight and 10 percent gay. With today's Electronic Dance Music I would say the ratio of straight people to gay people is about 50/50. There are more gays and crossdressers at the clubs then ever before.
Real talent, real musicians!
He is killing that bass!
I love the final shot of the brothas cruisin’ in the caddy ✊🏾
Absolutely
Louis Johnson was a legend on the bass. I had his instructional bass video and he said he used to unintentionally wake his family up a 7am just slapping on his unplugged bass. The man had power in his thumb!
