I have a theory. They didn't want this season to be like last season where we all knew Sasha Colby was going and deserved to win. This season has been really good and I think because of that it's kept people distracted from all the production meddling. Nyphia's Jane Goodalle is something we all know Rupaul would normally find hilarious. But he's also a producer so I think they used this opportunity to bring Nymphia down a peg as to not have a single clear front runner that we all assume will win and bring some anticipation to the finale. I honestly think she had one of the best snatched game performance.

Nah I hate it, the dots on the skirt need to be bigger and they aren't placed well. The fabric is so much contrast, like you said there is absolutely no drama in the final look.

The shoes are giving shadow the hedgehog but i still love them. My only critique is the addition of the purple gradient is barely noticeable and didn't need to be added. The design works perfectly if not better without it and the red, white, black, yellow color palette is already a unifying factor between the girls

I wont tell you the names of the queens just in case you guys decide to watch s1, that season is still one of my favorites even tho its really low budget compared to s2, they filmed it during pandemic so they had to do with what they have.

So to explain more about Bernie's look, I think it stems from LGBTQIA+ children having to always prove themselves to their parents by becoming successful just so they can be accepted. A lot of queer Filipino students are top students because of that reason.
