Before you start working out in the Hertfordshire Sports Village or The Oval Gym, please watch this video. Our main gym boasts over 110 stations, whilst The Oval gym has over 50 stations, both complete with cardio and resistance machines. Hertfordshire Sports Village also has a large free weights area with a smaller free weights area at The Oval gym.
