I'm basically just talking about the book in general because when i read it, I was mind blown and wanted to share it with you. Folk Festival Ventures

Fantabulous informative vlog.....maybe you could try and.incorporate 2 days out of the 7 just raw that way your still having a cleanse and its cheaper. :)
