      You can add the foam padding and waterproof covering, its not expensive. I choose to use a towel for now ever man or woman make their own choice

    I keep it short and sweet, I set too failure is all we need. Keep it in the 15-20 rep range, you will feel like a new person. I’m in my 60’S I’m in the best shape ever. I wish I would have had this knowledge with I was younger, but with age comes wisdom. Your diet is the key, we must learn how to control our eating habits. Food is poison, your body will adjust to less food, I am a living witness. It will also increase your sex performance, it’s a wounderful experience! Too much food will hinder our bodies from healing itself, we are poisoning ourselves with too much processed food. It’s not real food, it will cause pain and verity of other diseases . Clean eating is the key to everything!

    Lifting heavy weights are not natural, our bodies can’t handle all of that abuse, our focus should be on vitality. Abusing our bodies will lead to a life of pain and misery.

    As a kid soaking up the joe weider magazine lies in the 80s, it took me a very long time to figure things I flushed money down the toilet with joes aminos acid and protein powder. My buddy paid big 💰 for ground up gorillas liver. Of course I’m sure it was just modified flour

    Hi Lethel, Great to see you back and about, your fitness tips and chats are motivational, I started on the 5BX fitness plan as an overweight youngster in 70s London, then found weights, started with Weider plastic weights a few years later and then loved the Iron, never took steroids but every sport supplement that was legal in uk, these days as an older lifter I lift lighter but just stick with the old school routines, God bless yourself,family,fellow viewers and "Thank you" for your great vids.

    World is full of lies. Nice to here someone telling the truth about bodybuilding. Back in the day you couldn’t find the truth out about this and most people had to learn the hard way. It sad that these athletes were promoting lies with there fitness programs and supplements, instead of providing proper diets and fitness routines for naturals - they were all pushing whatever to make Money.

    the problem is society is so brainwashed seeing all the juiced to the gills 20-30yr olds claiming natty , they dont even have a clue what a 100% natural middle aged guy would look like. If you went back in time 50yrs people would be saying you have an impressive body.

    ive been natural my whole life, in my early 50's and over the years ive started and quit lifting a mulitude of times, all cause i would train way too hard and long and too often, trying to emulate Pro Bodybuilders (especially Arnold, his 3 hour, 20-25 set per muscle routines) Lethal is like a breath of fresh air teaching me Im not the problem, these pro bodybuilders using tons of drugs are. Naturals shouldnt even do half as much as them, probably 1/4. Now i only train 3 days a week split, 30min workouts and not going heavy, focusing on the reps and feeling the muscle work. high moderate intensity and getting the hell out of the gym. ( i used to do hour and half workouts , super high intensity, burn sets, drop sets , u name it and felt horrible and was overtrained) Now i feel Great! i think when you push yourself too hard , u take some of your life away, so i never push super hard like i used too. Good clean sets is what i call it what i do now and feel soooo much better

    Good to see you back in the grind.. You should post your overall progress. I think]it would inspire those with little nicks to fight and battle through it instead of giving up and calling it a life.. The body always has to continue to move and work no matter what for for overall health and blood circulation. What I've noticed is once people stop moving or retire and sit around health problems creep in and they eventually end up dying.. The only time you stop moving is when you are asleep or dead.. People retiring early or in their 60's dying shortly after ids crazy..

    You appear to be leaner and more cut, the shoulders are fickle for the simple reason taller guys range of motion is much higher than the shorter guys, Ice it down much as possible, and try keeping your elbow from going below your body breaking that L shape on the way down , you definitely looking more healthy now since I’ve been watching,, weightlifting 4life 🫡

      lol for ever I haven’t lift in months 315 is my normal workout weight but as I’ve gotten older a shoulder injury from the past now prevents my from using that weight without pain

    You wanna start throwing around some heavy wieght again on the bench i see, do a few sets of back and triceps after bench, low volume, dont do more working sets than needed, that's what helps build my bench as well as chest bro, let me see that 315 or more soon, peace Lethal
