I play on my own server so I can set the rules but it will technically be opened up to people eventually. It’ll be PvE though except for three days outta the week. People will have time to build up and then raid each other or fight PvP. I’m personally not a huge PvP fan but I still like the thrill and risk that comes with it.

I mean yeah, all of these are fair points, however there is a simple and good point to why multiplayer sucks ass The game has absolutely no fucking idea what balance is. In virtually any way. There are a lot of weapons yet 99% of them are just useless. Pistols, unreasonably slow rate of fire, basically no damage, if getting outperformed by anything is a job pistols are the employees of the century. Shotguns, outdamaged and outranged by anything thats not a pistol. You cant oneshot because no shotgun has enough damage to kill an armored player and in the time you pump it again you are dead. A vonya is the most usable but its damage is so low its still getting outdamaged. SMGs, lose against auto-rifles because their damage and range are worse alongside higher ROF means more recoil. Snipers, the entire thing of a sniper is to be a long ranged weapon yet somehow any autorifle can laser you from across the map. And you cant even capitalize on the surprise element because no sniper can oneshot a player with a helmet. So while you are reloading you will get lasered by the enemy. And the last reason why auto-rifles autowin: You get hit you get bloodpslatter and flinching. And you get that everytime you get hit, aka you basically get flashbanged everytime you get hit. An autorifle hits you very often so you basically get flashbanged with the rate of a machine-gun. All of which boils PVP down into: Do you have an automatic rifle? If yes, do you have the first shot?, if yes, you win, if any of these are no, you might aswll just reset because you are dead anyway and all your loot is gone irreversibly. Which makes the entire PVP action very one-sided and sealclubbing because peopple that HAVE the gear camp the people that dont, leveling any chances to equalize down to 0 Base building, woo, offline-raided simulator of the year. The end. Thanks to the fact that the game renders nothing on range your base, you or anything are basically highlighted with a marker because anything that breaks the enviroment is basically marked on the map with bright IKEA-arrows leading there. So all in all, you play the game for eternity, loot stuff then lose it all to a fight you mostly cant win anyway and then you get to do it all again. You might aswell go gambling because there is a statistical chance you can actually win something. PVP is conceptually good, yet its the worst PVP implementation that I have seen in any game. And PVE servers get boring pretty quickly

One gun I recommend for early game is the cobra you can find it and it’s ammo it police stations very easy to get as long as you try to say on top of ammo for it

Tips from more profi person (7k + hrs) 1. Dont set max fov 2. With new update pvp only in 1st person All others fine except " don't play solo" its not tip and comes hard to find team nowadays or even clan (most mqs say clans are cringe cuz they are gone from unturned)

Imagine if all of the maps were combined so we could physically travel between all of them without loading screens using 1 character instead of having to choose a map and a character then completely starting over every time
