Mutton 1 kg
Pyaz (Onions) 500 g
Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or as required
Pani (Water) 2 cups
Lehsan Adrak hari mich (Ginger garlic and green chili) paste 1 tbsp.
Tamater (Tomatoes) chopped 1 medium optional
Makhan (Butter) 250 g
Lal Mirch (Red Chili) powder 1 tsp or as per taste
Haldee (Turmeric) 1 tsp
Daniha (Coriander) powder 1 tsp
Zeera (Cumin) powder 1 tsp
Green chilies, ginger sliced as required
Chopped coriander as required
In a pressure cooker add mutton, onions, salt, water and close pressure cooker & cook on medium flame until pressure builds & pressure cook on low flame for 15 - 17 minutes.
Add Ginger garlic and green chili paste, chopped tomatoes, butter, mix well.
Add Red Chili powder, Turmeric, Coriander powder, Cumin powder, cook mutton on medium high flame until water dries and oil separates.
Add sliced Green chilies, ginger and chopped coriander, mix well.
Super delicious mutton is ready to serve.
