You're figuring out the video stuff, Lucas. When it comes to boxing glass, the rules I was taught were "if it can shake, it can break" and "pack to withstand a truck rolling over the box". The USPS and UPS seem to think Fragile means "use as a football", and to pack accordingly. Y'all seem to have learned this, but others might be new at the game.
