I appreciate the videos you make, and I just remembered something that would make for a GREAT video. Here's the story: Tip Top Donuts (which was once a seafood place) makes amazing local donuts that people who travel Cobb Parkway N have seen at some point. The people who run it are nice and will even give bonus free donut holes on top of whatever you paid for. At some point, someone thought it would be great to open a Dunkin Donuts franchise literally next door, definitely wanting to steal customers and crush a small business. However, Tip Top managed to stay open and did well to this day while the Dunkin Donuts lasted for like a year and closed. It is now a Captain Ds. Local business win. The address is 745 Cobb Pkwy N, Marietta, GA
