Round 4 of the MWXC series. We returned to a familiar track that I have raced the last couple years. It's always been one I enjoyed but the main difference this year is they switched direction. What is your ride height at. I just got entire bnr set up and can't get it low enough
@@Honda450racer I run 7” at the foot pegs and then 7-1/4” up by the front motor mounts
I can't get it that low . I just put it all together. My pre load collars front and rear are as far as they go
@@Honda450racer I would call BNR and consult with them. Ryan is very helpful when I comes to that stuff. They helped me out quite a bit when I purchased their setup

@@EightyFiveBen I purchased my Honda throttle assembly used from another racer. The trx90 lever you can get on any oem website like Rocky Mountain ATV, Partzilla, Motosport, or your local dealer/shop should be able to order it as well

What's the black type for
It’s just something a lot of guys do on their axle nut. It’s a quick and easy way to see if your axle nut is coming loose. If the tape is all twisted, the nut is loosening up.

Yep, it knocked him out. He’s in recovery now. I think they said he did break a couple ribs and his collarbone.

I just wanted to try it since everyone was moving that direction, and I don’t regret it one bit. The Yamaha is just an overall better quad

i said something months ago about why i run the stock height stem and low bend bars . its to get low in corners making for better handling / faster lap times . also i was always told before that the extended stems were for people 6'2" or taller . im only 5'8" . a lot of people run the +1 because its what they read online . but if you want to know what to run in a race , ask a pro . thats what was always told to me . look at what the pros run and copy them . also i hope you remembered your gopro for the ride 🤣🤣
Yeah the +1 felt right before because I was a “lazier” rider. Wasn’t leaning as much and was staying upright on the quad. Now that I’m riding like I’m supposed to be, the stock height is the way to go. And i definitely remembered the GoPro, got tons of footage!

I couldn't race quads, As an endurance biker I would get so fed up with not being able to pass when 1 person stalls. My biggest advantage is passing people who crash etc in the trees....
Yeah it definitely makes it tougher, but that’s part of the challenge. I can’t race dirt bikes because I can’t stay up on two wheels lol
