For aster is above 600 price per square feet. You can check iproperty for older property psf. It should be lower then newer property.

Its futher away as not much land left at desa park
It’s one of the nearest to Arkadia and Parkcity international school. So it is not isolated.

Price if selling below median and if rental able cover installment then its good for investment. So check the surrounding area properties to compare. However seeing the large layouts seem to be more on own stay.

Rental unlikely to be strong. Just look at andes rental rates at iproperty.
