Hey I have a question I have had my subs in my car for almost a year now brand new amp and full ofc wiring kit the shop did it and it’s been fine for a long time. The other day I went over a big ass bump and now my subs have not hit the same since… almost like only one of them is working… can anyone help me out? What should I check for first?

thats the cheapest sub they have you cant over power them at all or they will rip .. i don’t understand people buying the cheapest sub and expect no problems .. just save another 150$ and get at least the svr or ddx 😂

I would recommend adding butyl rope between the crash bar and the outer door skin. it will reinforce the outer skin a lot more than just CLD alone.

i hooked up my subs yesterday and no power rn cuz i forgot to buy a fuse so my teacher put the multimeter with the remote wire and the battery or the ground to see it has power, shit turned on right away lmao.

Dude put in sdr’s and wanted them to sound like EVL’s or ZVX’s. Might even be the pancake ones. I had an EVL and abused the fuck out of it it’s still in great condition. Had to take it out tho. No space in a truck for a 12 inch EVL.

You can replace the surround with a thin foam & E6000 glue cheap and very good just a heads up for anyone that’s cracked a surround
