I've just bought a P10. I can't get it to work. When I plug it in, I goes to Red, but when I switch it on, it goes onto green for a millisecond, then back to Red. The Lamp does not come on at all. I don't know if I am doing something wrong, or I've got a lemon. Please could you reply with the switching on sequence and water color LED's I should be getting etc. Otherwise I will have to return it. Thanks.
