Il canale fu aperto quando la designer Anna Crecco ideó il progr "Charming Home" dedicato al design, andò in onda sulla piattaforma sky per 3 repliche e fu girato in Italia, in Francia e in America. Anna, fu la prima ad ideare un programma sul design

Nel 1995 incaricata di coordinare il settore Design della 4 ed. del "Creativity a Piazza di Siena, Tra le sue creazioni la "cucina patchwork", giudicata opera d'arte e ispirata dalle opere del grande artista Klimt, Alcune sue creazioni sono sparse nel mondo. Essendo la musica spesso sua musa ispiratrice ha ideato OTR, web radio da subito apprezzata per i temi trattati e gli ospiti, ha inaugurato la riapertura del palazzetto dello sport di Amatrice con il p. del sindaco S. P. Anna, invitata in diversi festival e concorsi come Madrina, presidente di giuria o in giuria.
