The injustice series is very interesting story however I am burned out with the whole evil Superman stuff and personally in my opinion part of me actually wishes that injustice Superman does redeem himself and maybe if he meets the other Superman and his son Jonathan Samuel Kent Superboy as his little 10 year old self maybe he will be a good guy again at least that’s what I wanted for injustice 3 but I have a sneaking suspicion that’s not going to happen anytime soon at least In my opinion.
My favorite quote from Batman is from JL the animated series. Episode name: A Better World. 2 Batmans arguing about ideology and right and wrong. Our Batman (Earth 1) plays along with other bats (Earth 2) in order to show him that what he is doing is wrong and that he lost his way. The conversation happens while they are driving down the street where they see a guy get arrested for not liking the food being served and didnt want to pay for an overcharged meal. The conversation is as follows: Earth 1 Batman: They'd love it here don't you think? Earth 2 Batman: Who? Earth 1 Batman: Mom & Dad... (glares) they would be so proud. Earth 2 Batman: ...Just drive. Only Batman can get to Batman lol
Injustice makes no sense, Superman has shown time and time again losing his love ones and never turned evil cause in one comic I saw he mentioned revenge is NOT the answer. And the inly time Superman really wanted to kill is only one villian and no one else included. DC trying to make us hate Superman so much to the point why is he even here to begin with?
Superman is worthy enough to understand why others felt the same way, that Batman 'no kill rule' doesn't explained why he killed the whole justice league, Superman, and Darkseid, and it's ruining the reason why he doesn't kill. Can said the same with Superman, he lost his father, Mother, and Lois before, it did made him depressed and all but didn't turned evil from that. That's why DC needs to stop changing their personality cause it's confusing.
I like to think the ULTIMATES is more of a way for Mark Millar to do a commentary of what a superhero team funded by the Government (specifically under the Bush administration) would be like in a post 9/11 world. I feel that in a similar way to the MCU's Spider-Man, the first three ULTIMATES would act as a trilogy developing the characters to becoming the ones we know from the main 616 universe. But instead ULTIMATES 3 was given off to Jeph Loeb, who despite having a two previous comics developing characters and setting them on the path to becoming true heroes, didn't fall through with it. My real problems relating to the ULTIMATES is that I feel the characters should have been given more time and scenes to establish there respective pro's and con's so they don't feel as out of left field or bizzar. Also, the Chitauri should have been setup from the beginning. Their inclusion during the last third of ULTIMATES 1 is just weird to me. I can admit that ULTIMATES has a lot of problems, but that doesn't stop me from enjoying it. To me, it's highs way out way it's lows. But the MCU is better I can admit that.
Crazy how Batman might feel like it's his fault for giving Joker a gazillion chances- and a gazillion others that kill innocents because their mind has been screwed up from birth or by somebody else. Comics really do immerse you in something fake that still feels like it could actually happen...
I get where you are going with this, Sir. I thank you for the video. I argue that this, our Peter Parker helping people, is what being a Jedi Knight truly is, not an example of a “Gray Jedi”. Matthew Stover in “Traitor” from Legends had the “Big Secret of the Jedi” being “the Force simply IS,” there is no Light or Dark side of the Force and the Light and Dark is within the being connected to it. The story you use as an example’s “Light Side Jedi Order” justifies shady, terrible things for the, “Greater Good.” That sounds to me an awful lot like “Shades of Gray” justification rather than adherence to “Right and Wrong. Good and Bad” Too many people use “Gray Jedi” as an excuse to “Use the Darkside and do bad things for the greater good.” Too often I see it used as an excuse for bad behavior - like the Jedi in the story murdering their students. I really enjoyed your video and thank you for helping me to articulate my arguments. Someone trying to be a hero should know they are only a flawed human being l. However in knowing this still does their best to be a paragon, knowing they will fail, but always doing their very best never to. The problem comes with someone believing they are a hero and excusing doing the “wrong thing for the right reasons”. Every powerful institution becomes corrupt over time. I’d argue the problem with the Jedi Order was they became Gray. Trying to make the world/Galaxy better and looking “big picture” - instead of always doing their best to do their best with the aim of simply helping people. I believe that is what being a true Jedi is.
I thought Darth Maul was a lot cooler as a mystery honestly. When they added so much backstory and brought him back from the “dead” he lost all his mystique. Some things in good stories don’t need to be explained to death. But, of course, that’s just my opinion.
Great video mate, very few people talk about the Ultimate Universe influence on the MCU and Marvel movies in general. You make very interesting and well written videos, subscribed!
there is not something in the middle of Good and evil. The Jedi walk a fine line between order and chaos. The Sith seek order but too much order crumbles into Chaos
Ezra bridger is the best example of this. He does what he thinks is right to save people. He only followed maul to grow his knowledge not to get power or be a sith. He helped cadets he met once in the empire. He is amazing

That's where Winter Soldier (The best MCU movie) got it from?
Is vane stupid?

“We both stared into the abyss, but when it looked back at us, you blinked.”
That one animated dc movie with owlman vs batman 🔥
Justice League vs the Crime Syndicate @kingtitusthe3rd876
Ngl, bane couldn’t beat Dick or Jason. L comic lmao.
"I am vengeance, I am the night! I. Am. Batman!"
Hit him with that dbza frieza. "Its just ive heard these speeches so many times they just blur together after awhile."

Dr. Doom is soooo underrated.
Who the fuck underestimates fucking DOOM.

"What does it mean to be a robin?" Hmmm either live through your life and evolve or die or die and then come back and then evolve

You miss spilled the word knight
Joker: Don't you see, Superman? I've won. Superman: You died. How's that winning? Joker: I made you lose control. *Injustice 2*
Batman broke off his friendship with Superman all because Superman took revenge on the Joker.
I think what took Superman over the edge was the lost of his unborn child. A human like the Joker had tricked Superman into killing his own family.
Jason Todd would like a word
Put these tiny hot pants on boy, we got criminals to catch...
In the Injjustice Cartoon the used Mister Terrific and killed off the Flash

Killing the joker was the first step to Superman losing his humanity. And his soul. 😢😢😢😢
Got to disagree on that
@@danbrown2364 how?
In the Injustice comics, Hal Jordan as a Yellow Lantern stated that Superman was linked to humanity through Lois Lane. And now that she's gone...
