Tip from someone who went from not being able to swallow the tiniest pills (antihistamines, birth control etc) to dry swallowing multiple pills a day: find something that you like to eat but don’t chew loads usually. For me that was either toast or the Jordan’s Frusli bars (sticky cereal bars with lots of different textures work super well) Take a bite and then chew but make sure it’s still a little lumpy not super smooth. Put the pill in your mouth and swallow that and the food together. Feels a bit gross at first but works like a charm coming from someone who, in the past, couldn’t swallow a sesame seed if she tried!

Teeth whitening tip/hack! Cut the crest strips in half (the long way) and apply them to the front of your teeth only. It whitens them just the same and it won't make your teeth sensitive at all! I struggle with sensitive teeth too and it works. It also gives you double amount of strips!
