Ngl i play non-compress box servers which are rlly rare nowadays, but i like wasting time when bored on them

I never knew why but I would literally play the most bottom of the barrel lazy half made barely functioning box server. Maximum like 5 plugins, regular bedrock box. The mining areas are all 1x1 blocks with command blocks below and I would grind 18 hours every day non stop with no intention to stop. Either no custom items or very little custom items. I don’t find those servers anymore so I made my own to try and replicate that experience for other box server enjoyers. It’s pretty trash I’m not self advertising or anything but it was a fun part of my life.

I feel bad for the people that spends their time and effort on a really good server but only like 3 people play on it, while random people spend 20 minutes on a trash box server and gets hundreds of players like, THEY ARE JUST FREAKING BOXES!

Some very good information here. Unfortunately most of this stuff is impossible to truly teach and must be learned through experience. If you are thinking about making a server and have never done so before, you will 100% fail your first time. You will also fail your second and your third and your fourth time and thats okay, if you persist and you continue to learn and improve you are on the right track.

However, the moment you are notified, the changes go into effect and then you're obligated to comply because most of you are under a EULA that permits revision and retroactive enforcement. 2:14 One of the ways in which Mojang and Microsoft enforce this is with the recent implementation of a default launcher update, which has for a long time used a 'use equals consent' language. This recent change of automating the update was meant to do the very same thing you're discussing by forcing an update to present you with the latest changes. If you don't use the default launcher and you don't get notified, then you have room to argue your position, but all Mojang has to do is show you the latest policy and say "now you are notified" and any protest you thought you could make ends. For the one million or so customers under the original EULA, none of this applies because all alpha and some beta customers have non revision EULAs. Mojang's 'use equals consent' language is invalid because the EULA for these customers already grant's access and claiming you must agree to new terms in order to have access is a breach of contract because these customers were already contractually promised these goods. These customers operate under an entirely different class of contract with their own particular sets of rights. I am one such customer. I was never notified about the migration to my email on file, nor was I notified regarding the termination of authentication servers, or the deletion of non-migrated accounts. In spite of communicating these issues with Mojang and Microsoft Legal Compliance and Ethics, they actively obstructed the process by refusing to acknowledge the contract, the breaches in contract, and misrepresenting my contractual rights to the point that they compounded the issue with fraudulent misrepresentation. Mojang's lack of legal compliance has been so thoroughly inept that it is inviting FTC filings and lawsuits. If you are an early adopter you have a right to challenge Mojang over these issues. You made a statement claiming that Microsoft claims to reserve the right to make changes as they see fit. Many customers entered into a contract with Mojang, not Microsoft. I'd appreciate if you would cite your source, or a clarification if you were speaking mistakenly.

True or not, you'd have to fight MICROSOFT of all companies in court if they try to enforce these terms on you. Who has the money to do that? I once heard that companies can do whatever they want until a court intervenes and tells them no. So... effectively they CAN do this. At least until someone who also has infinite money challenges them.

Having the "Subject to change," clause taken down is *not* enoguh. We need a way to make them STOP this powergrab alltogeather. Don't care if it's thoroguh law, markets, or both, but we need to do somthing to make them stop!

There's only one problem , this eula give problem to servers, but the servers when opened need to accept EULA, The only place where they could get opened up is european courts for example in italy this type of things are illegal but someone should take them to court.

Whatever Mojang are really going to do with these changes, the very fact that they were worded so vague is reason enough to hit the panic button. What a lot of people who say we're freaking out over nothing don't get is that it's not about what they WILL. It's about what they CAN.
