The music track is a tad loud - obscuring the dialogue track.
Brother your videos are so under seen by the 3d community! I feel like I found the equivalent of the Good Highschool Math teacher! Rest assured my prints will be clean and lest wasteful because of you:) thank you (im poor)
Is this a really old video cause i cant imagine a modern printer costing 2300$, still having a glass buildplate, uses 2.85mm filament all whilst the print looks terrible. Havent seen this print quality in years. I've used the original wooden Ultimaker years ago and it was bad back then, i can't believe nothing changed in the meanwhile. Sorry to come across negative but people deserve better, it feels like a scam by now. I can't comprehend how Ultimaker is still around, hopefully you can get a refund or got them for free. Thanks for this video, brought back some fun memories! I just checked the website and its weird, 0.25 mm nozzle: 150 - *60 micron* 0.4 mm nozzle: 200 - 20 micron 0.6 mm nozzle: 300 - 20 micron 0.8 mm nozzle: 600 - 20 micron So in their world the smallest nozzle has the largest minimum layerheight? Everything about Ultimaker seems wrong. Also printing 20 micron with a .8 nozzle with 2.85 filament is just delusional. A .6 or .4 nozzle would really struggle to do that. Especially if you consider Ultimakers dont have automatic bedleveling. Now that i think of it, no automated bedleveling for a printer thats 2K+, truly some printers that are 1/10th the cost are leagues better and have more functionality. Please for your own sake, get something from this decade. Again, not wanting to come across too negative but when it comes to Ultimaker, they make it extremely hard. I like their color scheme to end on a positive note.
Very expensive..bambu is 1 third cheper than this junk..
This is the video that i was looking for. Thanks for the clear explanation. Great video

P𝐫O𝕞O𝓢m 🙌
or say i have a long word, and i just want the fifth letter, how to i multiple select the rest of the letters so i can delete them and keep just the one i want?
without doing it individually?
question: now i have 21 models on the build plate. how, if i changed my mind and now want 16, do i select just 5 models to delete?
i bought the formbox to make small molds but i noticed how my small charms are moving around because i have to firmly push down the handle. i hate that, so now i manually hold it upwards until its ready
what to do if creases are forming on it ?
If you have creases, it might be too hot. So pull the plastic down a bit earlier then you did before and see if its different. The draft angle might also effedct it, so make sure there is one of at least a few degrees.
Bri’ish.

Just what I was looking for Thank you very much
What resin did you use to make it food safe?
You probably dont need the answer now, but for anyone else wondering, PETG sheets like these are food safe after youve given them a wash wish soap and water after touching the 3D prints.
Let's say you have 2 models (multiple), is there anyway to group them together so we can move em all together?
yes click "edit" and chose "select all models " from the drop down menu
Rename to add "Duplicate" and/or "Copy Paste". Would have many, many more views.
After multiplying, Cura JAMS all of my objects together meaning nearly touching each other which I dont want since the prints will end up getting stuck together Where is the setting/tool that lets place the objects at even spacing at the distance we choose? I know it can be done manually but when I have over 20 models each time I print, I dont want having to manually place them on Cura board
Thank you
Perfect video, straight to the point and question answered. I wish all CZcams providers would take note. Thank you!
straight to the point approach, very rare this days
One thing I'd like to mention and should have been mentioned in this video is you should make sure you first go to preferences-->configure cura-->general-->viewport behaviour-->check force layer view compatibility mode. If this is a beginners tutorial this should be the first step to show. Otherwise for beginners like me you can't even get into this mode. Mine came unchecked after installing. This is the most crucial step so I found this tutorial pretty much of no use.
Thank you so much! Been struggling figuring it out!
I want More! Reply to me Please. Also, I Would love to be friends xo
Thank you! Really appreciate your video!
brilliant if only i had watched this a week ago............thanks for my future projects
Great explanation, easy to understand and follow. Thanks!!!
Thank you for the quick and simple explanation. Liked and sub'd.
the sound is too quiet for this video to be usable
no?
I want to configure it in a way that it completes one model before moving onto the next. How do I do that?
I have the same problem, Did you find any solution?
@@sshh5258 You have to look at the print sequence setting under "special modes". You can tell it to print one at a time. One thing to keep in mind is that it only allows you to use that setting for single extrusion machines. However, if you do have a multiple extrusion printer you can just disable the other extruder to make it work:)
Seriously, It was that simple? LOL Thank you
It's okay, we all have to start learning somewhere! Make sure you check out our other Cura tutorials too!
Omg.. and I duplicated it in CAD .. thank you!!
