Hallway Hellscape

An original track for my yet-to-be-produced horror-comedy movie, "Get Outta Here, You Murderous Ghosts." The house is haunted but who has time to deal with spooks and demons when you have to work early tomorrow, I ain't losing this job over some supernatural foolishness!
Do You Wanna Funk: The Big Black Guy Mix (YEAH!)
zhlédnutí 69Před 2 lety
Two of the best side characters in an 80s comedy get their own mix of Do You Wanna Funk. Apparently my beat was so good, it was flagged as composition claim in YTs draconian algo. Oh well, I'm not monetized anyway. So just enjoy and get down with your bad selves. Created using the AKAI MPKmini Pro and MPC Beats software.
The Review of Conquest of the Planet of the Apes

The apocalypse can't stop another BuzzedMovies review as we explore the PotAEU, aka ApeCU or PotA-verse, if you will. Can you pull off a widescale Ape revolution for under $2 million? Turns out, yes you can...but should you? Yes, you should. Explosions and fire effects by Videezy. You can download free stock footage up to 4k over there.

1. Northwest Passage
zhlédnutí 70KPřed 2 lety
Spencer Tracy's Robert Rogers leads a company of Rangers behind enemy lines to fire a town of Indians and Frenchmen during the French and Indian War. It all went down near McCall, ID, which doubled as New England and Quebec. Idaho almost bankrupted the studio with this punishing, on location shoot in 1940. Find out more and see where it was filmed in this video essay.
70s Grit

Cinema Center: The Prophecy (1995)
zhlédnutí 16Před 2 lety
Buzz D'Muvees and Larry Larue are keeping score and analyzing the hard-hitting plays in the classic 90s action-horror-thriller, The Prophecy. The angel Gabriel takes on Detective Dagget and the Devil in this spiritual cage match for the ages. Shout out to RogowCop for creating the opening title graphics!
They Live to the Beat

An original track from BuzzedMovies that honors the rockin' style of Rowdy Roddy Piper in his best role. "I'm giving you a choice: either put on these glasses or start eatin' that trash can."
Breaker Breaker: Portrait of a Chuck Trucker

Chuck Norris' first leading role that propelled him into action movie stardom. This Chuxploitation flick featured roundhouse kicks to the face, trucker mayhem, and a sky blue golden eagle van. What else can you ask for?
Essential Action-Horror Movies, Part 2: 2000-2020
zhlédnutí 20Před 2 lety
If the 90s gave action fans a taste for blood, the 2000s and 2010s turned our appreciation for action-horror movies into a full-blown bloodlust. Pour yourself some black coffee and sober up with me as I dive into part 2. Share some other action-horror recommendations below. Survival is just the beginning... Out of Range is a veteran-produced, independent short film about survival in war and at home. It follows the Lieutenant, the sole survivor of an IED attack against his convoy, as he struggles to get back to his forward operating base deep inside enemy territory. He must overcome an injury and extreme terrain to make it back to base before a pursuing enemy catch...
17. Napoleon Dynamite
zhlédnutí 99Před 3 lety
Idaho's most recognizable cinematic citizen is Napoleon Dynamite. Filmed in bucolic Preston, ID, the cult classic captured the eccentricities and intrigues of growing up in a small, rural town. I had the privilege of visiting Preston in the summer of 2020 to retrace Napoleon's moon booted steps as I relived the memories of my own awkward high school years.

For some odd reason when I watched it on Amazon Prime it showed at the beginning of the movie the 1999 Warner Bros fanfare but with a high pitch and it’s even shown on DBD as well however on VHS release of the film it has the 1984 Warner Bros logo

As a fan of Kurt Vonnegut, I loved Breakfast of Champions. I think the reason it did so poorly is because people don’t get it unless they know the book and what Vonnegut is all about.

This has never been.out of my.top 10 favourite films since first seeing it as a wee boy in the 60's !. I really wish someone would upload the full film as it's not being streamed anywhere, neither is it available on DVD. Great account of showing where this epic was filmed. Rangers Rangers were NOT "militiamen". The St. Francis Raid of 1759 didn't even dent the French and Indian military capacity or capability. Your inclusion of Robert Rogers appearance in that dreadful, one dimensional Yankee propagandistic tripe called "Turn" reveals a lack of insight. The traitors of that time were the rebels.

    • @noah2633
      @noah2633 Před 8 měsíci

I think it's rather one dimensional to call the people on one side of the conflict traitors. The rebels weren't traitors and the loyalists weren't traitors.

For 1940 this is a gritty film. Not for small children, to be sure. But realistic in most respects. When I was in high school I was blown away by this film. Fifty plus years (and two wars) later... it still holds up. Definitely not a "Cowboy Bob" film... YP

Seeing a shit load of cabovers in Breaker Breaker brings back memories in the USA & I sure do miss seeing them around. Nowadays I very seldom see any of them out on the roads. At first I didn't know why a large number of them disappeared & then I learned it was because the law increased the length limit which eliminated the need for them to pull trailers that exceeded a certain length.

@@buzzedmovies62 the costume itself is in good condition especially based on the filming production it went through and over 80 years old. It’s very well made and obviously hand made. It has a softer sewn in lining. The pants have side zippers and buttons for suspenders. I currently have it loaned to Land of Oz in Beech Mountain NC. They own several original costumes from the Wizard of Oz. There is a connection between NWP Director King Vidor and Oz so they were interested in it…..it’s with good company
