I have 5 years of industrial experience in mechanical design i am from Pakistan can i need job in usa.

Having been to a couple different tech schools I’d recommend y’all just buy your own computers then have them load thr software. I have 2 expensive laptops that are basically slow pieces of junk. Most of the 2k-5k was spent on expensive programs, accessories, and other bs fees. So For 2-3k you can get a super nice laptop with a good cpu and 32gb ram then have it install the security and software. I know this may not Apply to every trade school/college but it’s just some helpful advice

$5000? lol. Solidworks is 18k annually ALONE, and if you're running simulations, you're going to need a beeeeefy desktop.

I suggest going to other mfg companies in the tc area. They are not doing so hot, The other ones that are doing ok have their favorite people already and you aint it. you will be cannon fodder for those who have been there for a while. all the revolving doors will make you dizzy. enjoy what you are doing Oh yah really fun cuts slivers oily coolant spray grease spots on every fucking piece of clothing you own. you will not be a programmer they save those jobs for their relatives. they did not send the jobs overseas because they were difficult they sent them overseas because they can do em cheap and thats what they still want. cheap cheap cheap so if you enjoy working in a fast paced environment getting conned then work your tail off. I personally would do away with all the so call tech schools bring back on the job training then the companies have invested time in you and then and only then you will be worth keeping. 15 years in makin the big money 18-20 when I can get it LMFAO.
