That's an interesting perspective! While I see where you're coming from, I believe slow living can still coexist with technology. It's more about finding a balance that works for each individual. Technology can actually enhance our slow living practices when used intentionally, like enjoying nature documentaries or connecting with loved ones through video calls especially if they live far. It's about taking life a bit slower and simplifying things. enjoying the little things, focusing on quality over quantity, and just being in the moment. You can still slow down while using your phone and watch TV. It’s all about where you find peace. But I appreciate your input! Everyone's journey to slow living is unique. Absolutely! I did add a bit of soil with the flowers. I wanted them to be tightly packed for now, but I plan to replant them in the garden soon. I'll keep only a few pots in the kitchen.
