I used to steal flash games and host them on my own site made with the builder that the school used to teach web design so they wouldn't block it lol. That evolved into just turning them into local HTML files that i kept on a USB drive and I could just copy them on to everyone's computer, funny times.

Even though I was using computer labs in school before all of the attempts to block the Java website games, my buddies and I just brought flash drives with all the games we needed on them. Computer by computer we fully installed local clients of Minecraft onto the entire engineering lab computers to play LAN with each other on. Never caught.
