Howdy. In the second move of your opening video the girl jumps and spins 360 degrees horizontally. What is the name of that move and any recommended videos to help learn it?

Interesting. I learned that first part as the knee slap - then the guy lifts his leg up and sends you out. That second part I learned as the cheerleader.

I learned this as the triple dip - I think because it has three moves, with the last one being a dip. When I originally learned it, the last dip was a type of dip that you do in what you guys call the triple dip. Overtime, people stopped doing that as the dip and now do the dip that you show.

I know this move as the rocking horse. For what you call the gravedigger (which I've called the leg kick), I've done a version where the girl kicks her outer leg up during the swing.
