Thank you! I agree though the pottery makers did a good job on it! There is even a place in the hat that you can put a light and it flows from the stars in his hat. They put some thought into this design for sure!

Thank you. Honestly, I don’t love the colors the way I’m working them up so far. I think I’m going to change to color then neutral every row to break the color up a bit. So glad you like it! Hope I love it by the end of the project!

​@@SerenasartadventuresClashing colors are kind of inevitable with a project like this, but putting neutrals in between does seem like a good way to tone it down. As it is, I think a lot of the colors go well with the color next to them, even if they clash with other parts. It'll be fabulous regardless!

Maybe I’ll have to check out Amazon! I get it, living in a small space makes you pair down for sure. I’m in my semi literally 90 percent of the time so I understand fully! But I do have some family that I keep stuff at their house and swap things out on my days off so I am thankful for that.

No I haven’t yet, I use a smaller hook than recommended by about 2 sizes. I just to some loops and threads from Michael’s I’m excited to try I have been using bernat but the loops and threads seems like it will glide on the hook much better.

The small ones are fun, especially since it has a stand. Nowadays the large ones seem like too much to me, they take too long lol.

I am so thankful I don’t. I’m on a vehicle almost always because I drive truck with my husband full time. I would not be able to do that if I got car sickness!

There is a tutorial for this hat that I loosely followed from @knottinghookcrochet you should check out the one that is already posted by her. The only difference is I added two additional increase rows at the end and a row of single crochet to finish it off. I hope that helps! Good luck in your crochet journey!

Oh and I forgot to mention I used about 1/3 of a skein of red heart super saver granny square yarn. 🧶

I hadn’t either but I was looking for a mic and saw it and I thought it would help. It did, though it did die at the end of the video we filmed with it. We did use it straight out of the package without charging it though so hopefully it lasts longer with a full charge.

Wow that sounds like a huge project for sure. Being able to sell for a fair price is one of the biggest challenges with handmade goods for sure. I’m sure there is a market, I have had friends and family buy some pieces at fair prices without batting an eye and honestly it does surprise me sometimes lol. I have so many handmade blankets to be honest! 😂
