From my understanding, it was intended for an older version of Meet Miley Cyrus that used this title as the working album title but when Hannah Montana became an instant success, Disney decided to rework mc1 into the double album instead and this song didn't make the cut
I don't know if you can do this but I know of an ai that can finish a song by just having a snippet of it. You think you can do that with Not This Girl?
Unfortunately not, I've tried finding ai song extenders but they're usually really pricey and the end result will likely be all over the place and unintelligible and the free ones just loop the audio.
