Thanks for the video! I thought of this idea probably around the time this video was released. Turns out, my idea wasn't unique! A few questions for you, maybe you have addressed these in other videos, I apologize if so. 1. Where did you get the tires from? I am assuming a tire business is making money on each tire they sell, how do you get better pricing and/or establish a relationship with a warehouse? 2. What do you do with old tires/what is the cost to dispose? Seems like there are programs that will take tires away. 3. Now, with new EV tech, some companies are offering EV Cargo Vans (Transit/Sprinter/Rivian), this would reduce your cost/mile significantly and also allow you to power equipment (I think). The tax write off per mile would be significantly higher than your cost per mile plus less downtime on regular maintenance. 4. How many miles were you driving per day on a day that was loaded with customers? 5. Lastly, I love this idea but I have a full time job that I enjoy (typically) and get paid well. How does one try a business like this? Do it after work/weekends until it picks up? Thanks!

Sorry, for your bad experience. I import natural stones, Granite, Quartz. There are so many scammers out there. When sellers contact me, I ask them questions that I already know the answer and wait to see them fell for. It works all the time. I never lost any money and I call them out right to their faces

i appreciate these tire talk podcasts bc if it wasnt for you then I wouldn't ever get to hear from these folks. It helps a lot when you got a family business in the tire retail part of the industry. I really enjoyed the retread one, and this one i learned about rims. It's best not to get in it unless its your passion. Im going to approach it differently, kind of more on demand. I live in the south and a lot of ppl run with the 35x12.50 20 or 22's. And im powder coating them as well. very informative videos your producing brother!

Sell semi tires there's more money 😅18 tires compared to 4 look for national accounts do not air a tire under 80 percent psi. And run your hand and smell the tire for run flats. Air tires on semi truck/trailer with a adjustable air line 100 psi

Not nit picking but it's usually good practice to clean the wheel were the bead sits. Clean off corrosion, old bead sealers, rubber, dried lube from mounting e.t.c 😉 Deff love the van mode though. I think mobility is going to be the next big thing in the market. Also, static balancing (centering one weight) instead of one on lip and one sticky inside should be used as LAST resort. It will zero out but Deff won't be balance good. I'm talking from manufacturer training. I'm a manager in this field. Please don't take offense. I'm only trying to help give advice.

Stop the cap i worked at a shop that had a mobile tire service van like this one and it costed the shop more money to keep it than to put it to work.
