Jake , that was really excellent , and held my attention till the very end - it was tuneful , melodic and with engaging lyrics - that was a pleasure , and I thank you very much . I see it was through your Singing Butler video that I first came across you and your work . You will see , should you choose to watch this small submission to you , that The Singing Butler starts mine , but I am still waiting for a reply from Jack Vettriano re Permission etc - I may possibly substitute the Banksy Singing Butler instead . The rest of the video is pretty much Permissioned , a reasonably difficult process , as you no doubt know . The song itself has Permission , which took some 11 months , and many e mails , from Bucks Music Group - it is the first full version (all 4 verses) to ever get Permission , and I hope you like it , if you have time and / or are inclined to watch it - I would love any feedback from you . This....was just beautiful. The funny bits with the butler and maid added a sweet bit of charm. I love how there is so much expression;her turning to the maid in a bit of stunned confusion, his earnest smile, and the tossing of the ring when she said yes. This is one of my favpurite paintings and I felt like applauding when they all took their places right at the end!

So i know most peope on this page wont put the same effort or thought into this comment like i have, I grew up dealing with drugs and abuse not really knowing where i fit. Every time there was a problem it was no problem for me to move once again to my grandmothers. At this place i got to learn, love, laugh, and make friends even ones i met online to a the same degree i hold anyone i know irl. This painting was hanging up for even longer than my mother can know, during one of the last nights she was alive i looked up at the wall and saw this same picture that had been hanging up in the only place i called home or loved during my childhood. Other than the little things like this painting my thoughts would have no where to reside or collect it would be a endless void of trying to connect memories to places i dont remember. But this painting was in MY home My place. No more moving house to house or apartment to apartment. This short film means more to me than literally anything on here and you would have never knew this painting or this short would effect someone like me, i want to be a film director and maybe one day use the feeling i get from this in the way to explain without words how i feel. Thank you.

Oh my God I was the piano accompanist for a class Mitzi briefly taught at Roosevelt University in Chicago. This is so amazing and she was so kind and fantastic and I'm so happy to see this wonderful tribute to her! God bless you Mitzi!

Mitzi was a Fosse dancer as well, and she directed and choreographed a production of SWEET CHARITY I conducted, and she and I had a ball! She also appeared in a number of shows choreographed by Ron Field, including APPLAUSE, CABARET, and the 1971 ON THE TOWN revival.
