There can be few reasons if throttle body,spark plugs are ok then the prime suspect is fuel pump long cranking time and rarely mass or o2 sensor

Yes this will work clean all the gunk and then take off the positive terminal from the battery and press the horn and flash the headlights couple of times or try to touch the positive cable to ground it should discharge the system and reset the ecu and then take it for a spin for 15 min

Just look at the tip of the spark plug the part which is in the white insulator the tip should be well above that surface

@@ahmadmukhtardiys9667 thank you so much , I have changed my spark plugs but have kept the old ones, now I will clean them using the stove burner and will keep them for emergency use. Just a question, can we put oil at the tip to prevent rust? when the spark plugs are not in use?

No they won't corrode you can keep them as it is but don't put any oil on it keep them dry
