There was an extended portion of this original upload that was actually just me vibing out to the game's OST whilst taking care of my son. This part is now edited out.

There was an error in this where there was supposed to be a cut, but I forgot to cut, when I uploaded this months ago. I've now fixed it.

Thanks for playing this game and showcasing the DLC for it as well! Didn't think I would ever see a full playthrough of this game with good quality, much less the DLC levels included. I only ever got 1 of the DLCs that included Kain, so I never got to experience the extra levels myself.

I realise that when you meet Sheogorath in Skyrim it's basically just the Hero of Kvatch in the middle of a sidequest instead of doing his duties, and it just so happens the one he got himself in can't work without a second player 😅

It has been pointed out to me months later, the font for Tears of the Kingdom is an edited Arial font. My apologies! I saw the weird compressed crunchiness and I thought, "Papyrus", and other people confirmed it. This was wrong, we were wrong, I was wrong on that. This is still not a criticism of this aspect of the game, it's just a neat piece of trivia. Correcting misinformation, even though I did so accidentally, is important for even these most minor things.

God. This was one of the first games I ever about with my own money on the WiiWare shop. all of this just takes me back to the days where I would wake up early from school and just play this for maybe an hour. Truly the start of my love of comfy games. Thanks for reintroducing this to me. Might have to pull out the old wii and just have a chill weekend.

I wanna say that I really liked your "On Death Row" collection of observations and theories on The Suffering. They are really interesting! I didn't dig myself that much into the prisoners cells at the start of the game, but it appears that the game is much deeper than it originally seems. BTW, do you think there's something deeper about the crucified inmate in Chapter 4? (the one with "you think you got it bad!") or is it just a joke/easter egg?

This is really interesting. Considering how many references to stuff in real life there are in The Suffering, the game character ismost probably a reference to one of these guys, or to both of them.

Nice review! I like how detailed you get into it. Btw, about the special dialogues, someone did archived them in youtube, divided by faction storyline and even how to trigger each of them. Look up "Warriors Orochi Special Dialogues" and you should find them on the top, its genuinely interesting to see how to trigger each one.
