Thank you very much. We are very proud and honoured to have so many of you sing and dance to Dad's music. We were most proud when HM QUEEN NANASIPAUU Anniversary did that impromptu Performance at the Tupou College Anniversary celebration in 2016. Queen Nanasipauu Tukuaho is the epitome of everything that's good and honourable. She is gracious, kind, and yet very humble. I know because I went to QSC with her. MORDI you've done us proud and and inspired us to get into the garden and try to grow some plants!! Take care and stay warm and safe. Tu'a 'ofa 'Eiki atu, Katalina Kaho Havea Cook
Brownie recipe ingredients: 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter 2 cups granulated sugar 4 large eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 cup allpurpose flour 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 cup chocolate chips (optional) Method: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Stir in sugar until well combined. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually add this to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined. If desired, fold in chocolate chips. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs (not wet batter). Allow the brownies to cool in the pan before cutting into squares. Serve and enjoy!
