I hope everything works well for you with both your personal issues and business issues. As for the huge amount they were demanding, I'm pretty sure it's just a scare tactic, they are counting on people being scared, not hiring a lawyer and paying these huge amounts.

and maybe state what methods you're using to get along this journey - products, sourcing, numbers, profit etc. Daily rewards. Show work & progress. More clean cut so we know the full idea. (Maybe even just stating what you're selling at the start of each video) it already looks quite professional (from a non-professional student) so I think you're on a good consistent track. Normally people just join a trend when you can find your niche audience (just wait until the algorithm gets on your back) and when you start having success etc. Just a quick overview before the video would be helpful - seeing as your titles are quite general, and you seem to be talking I guess as if the audience already knows you (If you know what I mean(?)) and I guess it might (again ?) make it harder to garner new interest if you dont really announce what you're doing.

Time to open a company in China so you can hide behind their country's laws. China doesn't give a crap about their citizens infringing on copyrights or even producing dangerous knockoff laptop batteries that burn people's house down so long as you're not selling them to Chinese people. There are a few other countries like this too but China is great because there are so many Chinese people scamming Americans and infringing on copyrights and selling dangerous stuff the lawyers won't even bother trying to mess with you because they'll think you're Chinese and therefore untouchable by US laws. If you're going to sell Chinese garbage, at least pretend to be Chinese so you won't be held liable when the stuff you sell infringes on copyrights or burns somebody's house down.

To be honest...I was worried about this happening since the beginning when I saw a few of your decals and stickers (from afar). You might want to look into copyright infringement a little bit more to prevent that from happening again... tho I am no lawyer so take that with a grain of salt.

The new decals are looking great! As for the legal issue - that sucks! But as you said, you gotta be careful with copyright infringement and patents... I once had a tshirt taken down on Etsy, because I used a phrase "No bad days at the beach" and someone holds copyrights to the phrase "No bad days"! So hilarious and upsetting at the same time lol, such a simple saying.

Hey Nick, I stayed to the end and decided to leave a comment but I just recently started following your journey and it has been quite intriguing and inspirational and I really hate to hear that you’re having these legal issues. I do appreciate the fact that you are sharing this not so glorious part of your journey. I hope things start looking up. I will definitely stay tuned to see what comes next. I do have one question, now that you have a source that can print your decals for you what exactly does that mean for you moving forward. You don’t have to respond in a comment maybe just going over it a little bit in a future video. I’m just trying to fully understand your journey as I would like to do something similar myself.

Thanks for the motivation and good vibes! I am a Graphic designer that has recently starting the journey of e-commerce. I have 4 years of knowledge and courses in my head regarding e-commerce, private labeling, POD and also drop shipping. My graphic design background helped out on the back-end with advertisement and design and product mock-up. hope to collab with you once I start the journey of recorded the whole process, because I am a video editor and a videographer as well.
