We have corn cob powder can i export
May ask the PSI YOU ARE USING PLEASE
A world of OSHA violations lol
That’s very inefficient. My comet softwash with a 3-4% SH solution followed by my 10gpm pressure washer would make very fast work vs that costly mess/shit show.
Can you do this in the rain
How much will be for a small cabin around 600 sqft
Will walnut shell start chipping over time on concrete porch or should I use sand or non grip
What’s cost sq ft to have this done?
What’s the cost of the blasting equipment?
Bravo! And thanks, Composition Materials.
I've been painting for 30 years . . . DO NOT mix the shells into the can of paint. Put on your 1st coat and while it's still wet you sprinkle the shells onto the wet paint in a pattern that suits your needs. When dry, you put on your 2nd and 3rd coats. Good luck.
I do the same but with polyurethane after I paint
Very interesting
www.rpbsafety.com - Check out some blast hoods and safety gear hear. You can get air cooled helmets for the summer. Keep it safe guys - lets make sure the public knows you should blast with gloves and helmets.
Never should you blast with no gloves and a proper blasting helmet. One slip and that hose will change your life forever and you will have an arm or leg full of media. It's wrong to inform the public that this is safe blasting. Stay safe guys - good luck!
Yep, some people just don't realize there is a big difference between a harbor freight cabinet sandblaster and a commercial blast unit. Two totally different levels of protection needed.
Good job guys but the guy blasting hoody with air pump u would feel more comfortable and blast production higher before hoody with air 5 hrs top. grit down my back now with hoody can do 9 hr day is a blast
what type of media blaster are you using? what brand of sealant do you use? what type of brush?
- corn cob.
What type of media did you use? Do you have any close up pics of the brick after? Did you come across any issues by creating all that dust?
I reckon it's soft media. Like baking soda - you can buy bulk bags of it from arm and hammer.
semi truck frames with airli es and electrical wires also??
For truck frames, you could use sand, is better than media.
what materials are you using? walnuts, glass or baking soda? just curious
+Jahmel nelson I believe this was plastic bead
very nice log home blasting video
