Back on the trails after a back operation

In June 2023, I had an unexpected back operation that left me with a drop foot and have not been able to be out on the trails as much as I would like. It took 2 months before I got back on the trainer and another couple before I rode outside. This year was the 1st time I rode a trail like Hennops and just loved it.
