Incorrect, it was ruled that the susanoo skips the end of turn of deletion because the end of turn attack literally ends the turn; there's no window of activation for the self delete This is how it's ruled in JP and likely how it will be ruled here in NA (also don't ask me the specifics, I'm not a judge, just follow what the judges rule)

​​@@enigmaticheart666 This is **only** the case when you use the EOT to attack and trigger the effects that evo you into Garuru in the first place. The Garuru will hit the board after the EOT checkpoint and thus not see it to self delete. In this case Promo Lobomon was used prior to EOT timing and thus the Digimon was present to see the trigger. He should have deleted himself without being able to do the check. This is what happened in the video. The security removed was from his When attacking Trash effect

If the deletion is treated as an activated effect then it would have to be resolved before the attack is triggered, but if it just... isn't, and it just happens when the turn actually comes to an end, then it would trigger after end of turn effects and the attack has ended, since the turn doesn't actually end until there's no more pending effects or attacks. Going to try to browse the comprehensive rules to figure it out, since it's, such a weird edge case. Edit: Yeah so if you check 6-7-2 and its subsections (6-7-2-1 and 6-7-2-2) it clarifies that when the end of the turn happens, all "end of turn" effects occur. Once they've finished activating and if everything resulting from those effects has finished processing (i.e. t he attack), the turn switches. When the turn switches, all "for the turn" effects end.

@@dp101 AncientGaturu self-delete is triggered by the EOT trigger checkpoint. EOT effects that are still pending are processed before the attack continues. An attack is not an effect so you don't wait until the attack flow fully ends before doing the next EOT. If there are 2 EOT effects and one of them causes an attack you can choose to do the attack first. You will then do all [When Attacking] effects as those are the newest triggers, then you must go back and resolve any pending EOT effects before you can proceed with the rest of the attack.

@@damiancarr168 Well, these are 2 different categories of effects. Effects that explicitly trigger at end of turn trigger at a different timing from when "until the end of the turn" effects expire. The turn can't switch while the attack is continuing, because.. well, if you're using blitz or something [your turn] effects are still in effect, so it should be the same here. And according to 6-7-2-2 lingering effects don't end while it's still your turn, the turn needs to outright switch for it to be the case. Though honestly, there seems to be a bit of a hole in the rules. 6-7-1-1 specifies that the turn doesn't end so long as there's still effects/ actions processing, but 6-7-2-1 says that the turn switches simply after all effects are done, not also attacks. But again, I'm pretty certain that it's impossible for it to become the opponent's turn while an attack is still ongoing, so it shouldn't be possible for an attack to *not* hold things up, in which case we're not getting to 6-7-2-2 before the attack finishes and so susanoo can resolve the attack before being deleted. But anyways, the core point is that according to the rules, the delete at end of turn thing isn't an effect that winds up in pending activation, it just gets resolved when turn switches and after [end of your turn] effects, so unless the turn switches before the attack is complete (which once again would lead to an attack taking place on the opponent's turn, and leads to weirdness around effects that happen at the start of the opponent's turn) the deletion happening as a result of the warp won't happen yet. if you have a different interpretation, based in the letter of the rules, do share, because I want to understand this more fully, but as-is I'm pretty sure it was played correctly.

Overflow is not a trigger effect though. It is part of the game rule, it is applied immediately regardless who's the turn player and any of the pending trigger effect. So in their case, Omnimon ACE is removed -> Overflow is applied (but already at 10 memory) -> rest of trigger effect starts activating.
