I know that a scale value affects the control panel that Eggman uses in this cutscene (alongside the chair he sits in). Did it automatically apply when you imported the animations in, or did you manually have to fix it? On my end, it doesn't apply the scale when I import the animation into Blender, and I can't seem to get the scale value 1:1 to the actual cutscene. That said, I do like the way you did your cutscenes.

Awesome! The lighting is so much better and you can see textures much better! However, I think some props have a little bit too much lighting, like the elevator selection robot. The arrow buttons are way too bright. Also, I think the Nega-Wisp should have it's eyes kept less visible. It makes it look much closer, like it has a pair of awesome shades on. I also think that when the nega-wisp roars after Eggman says "He is invincible" the camera should be closer and more frontal to its face like in the original clip, showcasing its power. One more thing, I'm not sure how easy it would be to do this, but don't forget the rumbling of the scene from the destruction of Eggman's amusement park.
