Beautiful!
Thanks!
Why did the top turn out dark? It's soap.
It turn out dark cause it has vanilla in the fragrance oil. Most fragrance oil that has vanilla in it turns dark after 24 hours But I love it. Thanks for watching! ❤️
That's good to know, Thanks
What's the purpose of the preservative?
I put it in cause maybe no mold, but you don’t have too. Thanks for watching!❤️
This video just popped up on my feed, so i hope you don't mind that i give you a bit of advice. Feel free to erase this comment if you don't like it. But, for one almost every fragrance oil that is foody, like blueberry crumble is going to have vanillin in it and they will usually always turn brown. Coconut, cookies, cake, crumble, they will almost always turn brown. As far as sticky soap, IDK how much water you used, but for the amount of stick blending you were doing i bet you are using a high amount of water. If you reduce it to 33% or even 35% and use sodium lactate it will not only reduce the stickiness but also reduce the chance of soda ash. And when stick blending try to keep the stick blender in the soap and not pump it. Every time the head of the blender comes out of the soap and then back in it causes air bubbles. Usually if you just pump it when you first put the stick blender in that gets the air out of the stick blender. As long as you don't lift it above the soap or let the vortex pull air into your batter you could have no air bubbles in your soap. Hope you are having a great day. I will check out your channel. Good video!
I welcome your advice. I will remember on the stick blending. I purchased the sodium lactate, if you look at my Shortcake video. Thanks for watching! ❤️
YASSSSSSSSS!!! And you got the same sodium lactate I use!!! It works SO WELL! You made my day, seeing your loaf SO SHINY❣️❣️❣️❣️🤣
Hey lol 😂 ❤️ Thanks again! I’m glad you like the soap. Thanks for watching! ❤️
@@Chereerboutique always watching, sweet face. I had to correct my comment! Not a shiny “load”, a shiny LOAF!🤣😂🤣
Beautiful soap!
Thanks for watching!❤️
I love the way it came out, ❤ if that would be my soap I will pray it stays that way 😀 ... About the stickiness, I think is the oatmeal, it did happened to me and I think sodium lactate or salt dissolved in the water (before the lye) will help ... If you make another batch and use salt or sodium lactate let us know if it worked Thank you!
Thanks for the information. I am going to try the sodium lactate on my next soap. Hopefully it will work. Thanks for watching! ❤️
PLEASE let us know if you find out about the stickiness?
Yes I will. I am still testing. I am going to try the sodium lactate you suggested. Thanks for watching! ❤️
Please can you link that mica stand. Thanks 🙏🏾
It’s actually a sunglass stand. Sorry the item is not available I ordered. But look up sunglasses stand. Thanks for watching! ❤
@@Chereerboutique ok thanks, will do and keep on bursting out those videos 🎉
Leave it in the mold longer.
Thanks for information. Thanks for watching! ❤️
Well, it looks very pretty and i wish i could smell it. I'm still contemplating on making soap but i have a great book that talks about the issue youre having its called simple and natural soapmaking by Jan Berry and it does help with troubleshooting. I think your soap looks love lovely.
Thanks, making soap is so great. Go ahead and try and make some you will love it. I will check out the book. Thanks for watching! ❤️
Ok, I have some ideas, but I don’t want to be invasive. Do you use sodium lactate or salt in your lye liquid? It makes a very easy to unmold loaf and makes a harder bar. Also, even if my loaf is warm, I ALWAYS CPOP. It just makes a much easier release from the mold. You may also want to decrease the liquid for lye mixture? I always reduce mine because it makes curing less time. Don’t decrease the lye, just the liquid. I hope this helps and doesn’t offend you, ladybug.
No I don’t use any of these products in my soap. I will look into these products and do some testing. I was thinking about my water decrease. Thank You! Also Thanks for watching! ❤️
@@Chereerboutiqueyes a water discount is one of the best thing you can do. Also aim for 60 % hard oils to 40% liquid oils. You will be un molding within hours
Yessssssss!!!! Sooooo pretty!!!
