Wow literally havent laid eyes on that scene since like 2005. I always remembered a bubble dragon game on PS2 and the most memorable part of it was battling against an anime looking girl that made the bubble dragon blush. I was looking for specifically that scene just to satisfy confirming a long lost memory of mine.

30 years after i played this game, i still remember the strange shape of the clouds in this game and its music trying to recreate a sleeping city. I never liked the game too much, but I do really love these memories.
