I'm not sure why but Love, Theoretically was my least favorite also. Ali's leading ladies seem to be somewhat high strung. This FMC was the most consumed (not in a good way) by her life. It was heartbreaking in real-world terms for me. Needing help and can't afford to live, forget therapy. In a few respects, this story was heavier than I was expecting. And I think my expectations did me in with this one. I will check out some of the other titles you talked about. Thanks. Have a great year!

Body Count was so wild!!!!! I don’t think the female main character got all she deserved at the end. She needed more to happen to her. 😂😂😂 For September I am finishing up my summer TBR since summer isn’t over until the 21st. Then transitioning into some thriller/fantasy. I’ve been reading tons of romance this summer.

I didn’t care for 7 year slip, but Dead Romantics delivers! You gotta read This Could Be Us! It had my jaw hitting the floor most of the book. Love the hockey books as well. Good review! Love your hair!

Uh uh girlfriend the Air He Breathes is not about a girl who can't stay away from the bad boy. It is so deeper than that. That was my first Brittainy Cherry and she had me reeling. I was not expecting this book to be so good. Highly recommend to put at the top of your reading list.

I totally agree with you about the audio for listen for the lie. I JUST finished it. I don’t think i would have enjoyed it in physical format. The podcast element ALONE made me enjoy it so much more via audio. The book was good and funny to me. I enjoyed her grandma the most 😆
