Virtual Knowledge Network (VKN) NIMHANS Digital Academy, Bangalore : The objective of VKN NIMHANS ECHO is Capacity building with Co-ordinated Care for substance use and mental health. This is a collaboration between National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (NIMHANS),Bangalore and Project ECHO (Extension of Community Healthcare Outcome), University of New Mexico Health Science Centre, USA. During this weekly HUB and SPOKE model conducted through online mulitpoint video-conference tele-helath session, a community practitioner (spoke) presents a clinical case and being guided by the HUB (Centre for Addiction Medicine, NIMHANS) as well as own peer. The objective is that by repeated training the community practitioner will learn skill to provide the best treatment to his patient. Patient will also get benefited as he receives the best treatment from NIMHANS ECHO partners without travelling far places. Expert didactic topics are uploaded here. MOVE KNOWLEDGE: NOT PATIENT

i was forced to take risperdal then went on to have 4 shots of paliperidone. i had my last one was feburary, i didnt have schizophrenia or anything, i was in hospital due my eating disorder. i am worried its done permanent brain damage. i have severe anhedonia, lack of motivation , slow thinking cant concentrate,no periods , sucidal and imsomia. its now june and no improvement, i have no dopamine or serotonin . i am doomed and going to be like this forever
