So I just planted it beside the same plant , Do you recommend me drying it first ? And for how long … I certainly don’t want it to rot . Thank you

At the base of the tree, take black duct, tape wrap it backwards on itself right above the roots and sprinkle salt on it

I grow longan, lychee and carambola here in Central North Florida (ocala) where they aren't suppose to grow. Our winter here has me constructing a clear plastic hot house (of sorts) every year since planted going on three years now. No fruits yet on the lychee. I got two fruits last year... yes... 2 fruits. This year, she has fruits on every branch.

I do have 3 big avocados tree from seeds. I put the seeds from store avocados but no fruit every year they makes avocados every other year. I have no idea how to name it.

It's early August here in Jamaica and I start seeing flowers at the end of December. My pears are ready to pick even though I lost half of them to Hurricane Beryl last month. Thankfully no tree damage.
