Buy it here: geni.us/4vEwc9A
Creality K1C 3D Printer Up to 600mm/s Fast Speed, Reliable Carbon Fiber Printing, Anti-Vibration Design, Auto Calibration for Leveling, Pre-Assembled & Smart OS 3D High Speed Printer
Extruder for CF Printing: The all-metal extruder kit ensures a clog-free extrusion for up to 1000 hours. The unified nozzle and heatbreak block heat creep and allow for easy swapping. Meanwhile, the hardened steel nozzle confidently handles carbon fiber-filled filaments like PLA-CF and PETG-CF, known for their strength and dimensional stability.
Stable at High Speed: K1C can print at speeds up to 600mm/s without vibrations. The sturdy metal frame integrates die-cast parts with fewer seams and joints. The dynamically balanced printhead fans rotate smoothly when cooling the hotend and 3D prints. The G-sensor in the printhead cancels resonance with input shaping, eliminating ringing and ghosting.
AI-assisted User Experience:
K1C comes pre-assembled for easy plug and play. The auto-calibration feature ensures level printing with a single tap. The included AI camera monitors the printing process, actively alerting you to any errors. It's also perfect for monitoring and creating time-lapse videos. Plus, when a print fails in a batch, you can exclude it effortlessly.
Silent Mode & Air Purifier:
Enjoy a quiet environment by switching to the silent mode, with noise levels lower than 45dB, akin to turning pages in a book. The built-in active carbon filter purifies compounds and particles emitted from molten filaments, allowing users to work and live day and night in the same space with peace of mind.
Creality OS & Superb Software:
The Creality OS enables advanced functions like linear advance and it is open-source so that anyone can customize it. The Creality Print slicer features smart cooling, optimal retraction, slim tree supports, etc. It also allows users to manage a print farm efficiently and data securely. With Creality Cloud, you can get a vast number of free 3D models and enjoy cloud printing.

    My z offset always seems to be a little high after leveling so I always print a skirt at least 8 lines wide and make adjustments while that's printing to dial in the perfect layer before the model begins to print, work great this way.

    It would be nice not to see a review that makes observations that are the opposite to reality, I have seen a few of these, "excellent" print comments on a print that is riddled with waves, ghosting or ringing. Is it a good 20min benchy, its ok. excellent, no. You have to have standards. On a sliding scale of good, better, best, great, excellent for example. That is a standard. Excellent is a near perfect rating in most opinions. It is a good print. There are layer line inconsistencies, ghosting, ringing, movement noise, first layer is not at the correct Z offset and under extruded. Also the gaps in the roof and deck, not what I would call an excellent print. Its ok, its good for the speed but the slicer needs tweaking and the first layer squish needs. It feels like one of Aurora Tech channels critiques, same thing. Like an ad not a review.

    The funniest comments on these reviews is "I wish the filament holder was on the side" and on others, they wish it was on top or the other side. Nice review, friend.

    The Z axis was also crooked by 0.2cm. Leveled it by loosening 2 set screws on one side and then moving just that side. Now trued (trammed). It's difficult to move it by using the belt. Worried about Z axis banding. Haven't even powered it on yet. I can just return to the store. Thoughts???

  • @johngammel
    @johngammel Před 9 dny

    Very clear video - easy to follow. Every 6cm there is a repeating "hard spot" when I'm moving the bed by hand in the Y axis. It doesn't have a noticeable wobble. All 4 rollers are making contact with the channel. Thoughts?

    I've only had issues with the Max Neo sadly, mainly I am at fault on them, however the one I am having issues with now is that on the bed leveling the stepper motor wants to move on the x-axis and y-axis like there is one more area to level. Note that the bed is 300x300. So its like it's saying it's 320x320 and I can't figure out how to fix it. Same with the extruder. It has been a hassle yet none the less I still want to print with it and work with it

  • @RoofAndAMeal4UsAll
    @RoofAndAMeal4UsAll Před 11 dny

    I have been using my Sunlu S9+ for about 2 KG filament run through it, things were progressing nicely until the bed sensor evidently somehow broke off and was gone. Tiny plastic needle at the base of the print head assembly, it drops down to detect the height of the bed during leveling and retracts otherwise. Somehow it came apart, shouldn't have during the print because it would have been retracted but oh well. Print head dove into the bed hard, 3X at 245C before I realized that the bed sensor wasn't working & was broken. Now I am waiting for a 2nd reply from Sunlu. They did get back to me next day but now it's a holiday so I probably won't hear back from them until tomorrow. Good printer otherwise, I am asking Sunlu for a replacement bed sensor and bed and bed mat, we shall see how they do. It was probably a poorly manufactured sensor pin. I was also able to report the issue to Amazon and arrange for a return, but I would rather replace the bed sensor myself if necessary as there's nothing like this one on the market for the price, even without the dryer unit which you can't really do without. After using it awhile I would call its new relative market value at around 400 though it was much less than half that. So an incredible bargain worth getting if you can still find one. Open source setup so you can upgrade it etc. That's why I'm not too worried about the sensor, they're $15. I just want to see if Sunlu the company is going to make this right!

    The side spool design is unfortunately trash. I've had two failed prints when the z axis homed right up to the top, then down again, causing filament to come out of the filament run out sensor. It then popped around the side of the spool holder and got stuck. It does print nicely and it's orders of magnitude faster, even for supportless miniature printing. So it does have a lot of positives. The location of the sensor and spool holder are not good though.

      Possible they are not most reliable printers but the price is good for what you pay. I had up and downs with creality printers starting from Ender 3, which I ended up moding. I had 5s1, which was good. Now I have k1c and it is running great. It is possible that matters how much you print. I'm the hobbyist, and I print mostly during the weekend. If you runing the printer 24/7 you probably need to look for other brands like prusa. Although even with prusa, you can get issues. I work at engineering company and they bought many prusas mk3s a while back. Some of them had some problems later on they had to fix them. When you pay for the printer a high price, you expect to run them well.
