Yes! He is a good long term hold, and definitely his rookies. I personally don't think it matters much what you buy, as everything will go up over time, but I think anything that is scarce will be an even better buy!

Yeah, I think it's the latter. Football is more popular, but QB's only command the craziest prices, whereas with basketball, all the stars, no matter the position, command crazy prices. I also haven't done any in depth research, but it's just what I've heard and been exposed to while being in the hobby. Also, it's what the sports card indexes show as well (football has higher value indexes than basketball).

Actually, the bigger risk is the economy and sports card market overall. Prices continue to drop, and if I don't see them come back up for in-season demand, at least 15-20%, then I could lose money. Injury is a risk, but unlikely, but still possible for sure. I definitely don't see Tlaw as comparable to Mac Jones, who never proved himself. Tlaw has had two straight awesome seasons with 4k + passing yards and a very good TD to INT ratio. I do think Wemby and CJ will keep going down for a bit, Wemby will go down much more, CJ may start coming back up with the in-season demand. I think CJ prices probably hit this years floor, but can continue coming down after next offseason. I would definitely grade CJ and sell in September / October time-frame. Wemby you need to sell ASAP as that will keep coming down over the BB offseason and as new sets get released. Thanks for stopping by and supporting the channel!
