I quit smoking and lost my girlfriend. My girlfriend Lori hated smoking but she put up with me. Then I decided, in name of my love for her, I would quit, what was very tough for me to do, but to my chagrin, all she did was sarcastically snarl at me, "Well it's about time." Since she didn't care, I relapsed back into smoking, and she then became downright hostile in how I had done so, and I told her, I thought she'd love me for to quit smoking, but she'd never appreciated or even thanked me for it, what destroyed my motivation to stay smoke-free, and the big fight over this, broke us up. We had been going together for 3 years

Nice video, I was scanning my sensor before with reader. For the last few months, I have been using Nightrider cgm with my Libre which helps me to monitor glucose readings on phone screen without needing to scan. it's great!

What she should be saying is "I chose primary care because it allows me to abuse patients mentally and make them feel awful about themselves instantly." Her life must be so sad, the way she treats people is pathetic. And I can't believe after all of the negative experiences patients have had under her "care" that you still employee her. How embarrassing. So many lovely, intelligent kind people in the world and this is what you choose to expose your patients to. You should be ashamed to have such a hideous hateful shrew working at your hospital.

Interesting. Dr. Israel was a wonderfully thorough and caring doctor. I was first diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis in 1999. Dr. Israel helped me manage my symptoms through my teenage years. Celiac was definitely less known/studied back then. I immediately responded to a gluten free diet. Within 3 months I no longer had any symptoms of the UC at all. Shortly after I stopped all of the medication associated with it. I'm happy to say that I have not had any flare ups or symptoms of the UC in 6 years! I feel that I am healed.

Xiaflex and NA are both effective procedures. NA is 1/3 the cost and recovery time is much faster. Recommend seeing a doctor with experience with performing both procedures and having them evaluate your situation and make a recommendation. Downside of Xiaflex is insurance only pays for one treatment and if you have contracture in two areas you will pay for treating the second area at a $4000 cost.
