As mentioned very briefly in the video I did not miss Chaos Angel or Ty-Phon too much, but would not be opposed to playing them in a build without Princess + Chimera

@Ahxguc Sometimes I certainly wished I had Gamma in my deck, but with those 2 traps I didn’t want to add another bad draw into the deck Currently I’m happy with the list and there’s no particular changes that I want to make immediately, but if the meta continues to shift to have more Yubel I could get behind maining Droll (as it’s also good into Fire King Snake Eye)

I tried it a decent amount and liked it, I just didn’t quite value it more than Diviner or Branded Fusion - and didn’t find it worth playing a build that fit all 3 together

I tried some builds playing tech cards and I think the deck can certainly play up to 4~ish tech cards before consistency issues start to arise - I just felt like playing tech cards wasn’t worth the consistency loss, but if a time comes when Duel Links gets a tech card so good that it demands being played in everything, then Fluffal certainly has the space to do that Nightmary is weird but I feel like I quite highly value the additional defensive option it gives to scythe - even though it can be tricky to keep banishing cards to keep it alive, the main idea is just using it to survive in matchups/scenarios where cruel whale doesn’t work

I think Kashtira is certainly viable because it can use Shifter 😅 and has a decent amount of space for other hand traps while not losing to hand traps itself

Yea especially with the TCG exclusives making Fiendsmith even better - the deck could resurface after the banlist but until then it’s in a bit of a tricky spot

Hi! I think Lizardose is still nice with Fenrir yep Playing the deck with Fiendsmith could be nice because you can use Beatrice to dump Saffira/Lo - but I am unsure if there would be enough space in the deck even if you were to trim on the Voicless cards And thank you!

Thank you! The Branded version is great too, it’s just a big preference thing really and you can play both Branded Fusion and Diviner if you play a higher deck count (or play less hand traps)

It’s tough if they get to the full board, but the best thing to do is try to establish the skull negate if possible, and then if you have 2 extra bodies go light charmer into accesscode (with the melodious link 2) Even then it’s rough though if they have the fusion spell in gy because they can chain block the etoile float effect

I think Fenrir is still strong post-INFO, because I feel like Voiceless has to play more hand traps and Fenrir compliments handtrap-heavy hands well And thank you!

Thank you! Yes you do have to commit a normal summon, which isn’t ideal but normal summoning Lo is usually fine since you can just bring it back And if they have Apollo then you can not use the effect of Lo on summon and make Anima to force it

It’s certainly rough, but the best thing the deck can do is play the strongest hand traps possible against the popular decks - stuff like droll/Nibiru as high impact hand traps then the usual stuff for lower impact hand traps (not ogre) Branded Fusion might also be a lot better now that Droll is going to be common, as it gives a bunch of lines with Blessing that let you ignore Droll The deck could still take a board breaker approach, but I think that would only work game 1 because after game 1 there is the risk of fiendsmith players going Angel of Blue Tears into DBarrier

It’s not just vv , ur in a tier 0 format of fiendsmith snake eye so basically every deck besides it becomes really weak except for fiendsmith yubel which can do pretty well

I will definitely play it again in the future, but since my aim for Euros is to go deep in top cut I won’t be playing it for that event

I tried the Melodious build a decent amount and certainly enjoyed it, but wasn’t a big fan of the hands that didn’t have Ostinato, as the engine takes up a large amount of space

Thank you! I always tried to end on radiance + barrier + skull + lo + old man or at least get as close to that ass possible - and if I only had Radiance I would go for Dyna Mondo. As if they draw phase Droplet I could chain link 2 flip up Radiance chain link 3 Dyna Mondo

The deck has a decent number of 2 card combos that trade favourably into all common hand traps, and Blessing making the monster battle immune makes it hard for them to OTK sometimes Voiceless is a less consistent deck than Tenpai so it’s winrate against it will never be insanely high, but when both players draw average to slightly above average hands I find Voicless normally has the edge because it can push through the hand traps and make a board that’s even resilient to a board breaker (but if the Tenpai player has both droplet and lightning storm then it’s curtains)

I think it depends a lot on the event you’re attending, if it’s a major event like Euros where you can expect a lot of Fiendsmith then I think it’s valid to go harder on hand traps, even maining Phantasmay instead of Fenrir wouldn’t be too crazy - there’s also merit in main decking more Bystials too For an event where you expect less fiendsmith decks then a list like the one in the video should still be quite nice with Fenrir and 12-14 hand traps

@@LukeTylerYGO its for the nawcq. ive been playing voiceless nonstop since release so i feel comfortable with the deck, but im really worried that i wont have enough hts to throw at the SE players since 2 negated bodies just does the fiendsmith line now

Yea sometimes opening 2 hand traps does the trick still because only 2 bodies isn’t full fiendsmith combo - but the deck is certainly better than before at playing through 2 hand traps I think the best bet for Voiceless might be maxxing on cards like Droll and Nibiru along with a bunch of other hand traps to compliment them - since only low impact hand traps might not do it

Droll, nib, and d d crow are gonna be your best friend for fiendsmith

@@kaorikind2 droll and nib sure, but if my opp just does snake eye plays, I think dd crow will feel pretty awful
