This is a horrible idea. Absolutely ZERO reason to do this.
You don't need to crush them with a hammer, tightening them is sufficient
Who's the "CLOWN " that made this video??? Always replace the washers with new ones. Hitting the bolt with a hammer 🔨 is just plain stupid!!! Are you trying to damage the threads. Just tighten the bolt to the proper torque!!! 😮
That just harden them haha, as long as you always replace them whenever the bolt is loosened that should be fine anyway

Ты прав, начинают в другой последовательности, следуя мануалу, но в данном случае происходит проверка затяжки и последовательность не имеет значения.
Таким способом можно проверить что болт затянут не более, а вот как затянут тут вопрос.
