1# The bank has a contract with fiction, and if you didn't secure your fiction, then you don't have a contract because they sold it to the fiction and not to you. #2 they never gave you something of value for something of value. No cash or currency was exchanged in the transaction. #3 Did they disclose up front that they would sell your note? Depriving you of dividends and interest from YOUR note. I think not.

My second question, why did you tell this couple that they needed to pay you 19k to remedy when the house was already paid off??? there was no taxes or liens or any financial obligation owed on the house, so why did you demand 19k. ???? the couple was never given any proper notice as to how long they had to turn the water on, but by law was not required to as they was not staying in the house but at another residence while reovating there home, so we are trying to figure out why there home was taken and sold in auction right off from under them, illegally maybe you can shed some light on this before the lawsuite comes out, because your on the top of the list as to the reason why their house was stolen out from under them, we cannot find any legal documentation that proves that the house was in any type of code violation...it was never proven that they was trespassing on thre own property, in fact the interesting thig about all of it is nobody out of all the people who showed up that day in 2019 even knew who the actual property owners where, but a trespass complaint was filed, how is that possible only a home owner can file a trespass complaint and have someone removed from the property,

What about how the mortgage company gets paid for the note 3 months after The mortgage is signed and this note is signed without a notarization on it. That's what happened to me I filed bankruptcy in 2017 and now Wells Fargo has not recorded the payment of my mortgage ever since and I have a terrible credit like I can't get a credit card or anything. Plus they've done other things that are illegal in my book. And they sold me while on forbearance to a debt collector called specialized loan services LL. Well they don't want to work with me cuz I came off of forbearance and then I owed $9,000 and they wouldn't put it on defer it onto the loan to the end of the loan keep in mind I own $90,000 on it I'm only $9,000 behind from forbearance and the house is worth $280,000. So they want my house. I don't know what to do because I'm not on the note and they have they had a right to come back on my house and and claim the collateral. But really they don't because they've already been paid for it 3 months after I paid for it and then when I got him modification from I started off with mortgage pros then I went to Wells Fargo then they got paid again. Then when I got another modification they got paid again. This just isn't right how many times they get paid for my mortgage note and my mortgage. The lender is Freddie Mac and they were they were going along with I'll just call them SLS to not give me a deferral. And that's kind of funny because them and Freddie may came out with a new mortgage policy about strongly enforcing the banks to give deferral amounts to give it deferrals to the people. Put that servicing company still isn't putting that as an option for my loan and I I sent them a copy of the new mortgage policy that was put out by our own what about Howard is being forced to pay bills and our loans and mortgage payments when we don't have any money because the dollar bill isn't even worth the paper it's printed on so nobody in America has money and we're all paying debt with debt and that's illegal.
